Role Overview
We are looking for a  Spa Therapist  who is passionate about wellness, guest service and creating relaxing, personalised experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent grooming standards and a warm, professional approach towards guests.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional spa treatments including massages, body treatments and wellness therapies as per the hotel's standards.
Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety within the spa.
Ensure all treatment rooms, equipment and products are properly maintained and ready for use.
Provide warm, personalised and attentive service throughout the guest's spa experience.
Explain treatments, products and after-care recommendations to guests.
Maintain accurate records of treatments and guest preferences where required.
Upsell relevant spa treatments and wellness products while maintaining a consultative approach.
Follow all hotel, spa and grooming standards.
Work closely with the Spa Manager and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Candidate Profile
Certification or diploma in  Spa Therapy, Beauty & Wellness, Massage Therapy or a related field .
1–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, spa or wellness centre preferred.
Knowledge of different massage techniques and spa therapies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with excellent grooming and presentation.
Passionate about wellness and hospitality.
Guest-oriented, professional and attentive to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Freshers with relevant professional certification and strong aptitude may also be considered.
