The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall operations and member experience of Sarayu Club, ensuring luxury service standards, operational excellence, facility readiness and seamless delivery across all Club functions. The role will oversee all operational areas including Food & Beverage, club facilities, recreation, fitness and wellness, events, housekeeping, member services and other amenities assigned to the Club. The incumbent will work closely with Club leadership, support functions and operational departments to deliver exceptional member experiences while achieving revenue, profitability, cost, service quality, manpower productivity and compliance objectives in alignment with The Leela standards.

Responsibilities:
Club Operations Management
Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Sarayu Club under the operating standards and philosophy of The Leela.
Direct and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Club.
Plan, coordinate and supervise daily Club operations.
Conduct daily briefings, operational reviews and facility inspections.
Ensure all facilities are fully operational, clean, safe and guest-ready before opening.
Monitor inventory, consumables, equipment and operational supplies.
Review daily operational, revenue, cost and incident reports.
Overall operational performance of Sarayu Club.
Revenue achievement, cost management and profitability performance.
Food Cost and Beverage Cost remaining within approved budget parameters.
Member satisfaction and service recovery effectiveness.
Guest satisfaction index and online reputation scores.
Manpower productivity, employee discipline, grooming, training and performance.
