We are looking for an  Assistant Resort Manager  who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is ready to take ownership of the complete resort operation.

The Opportunity:

This is a high-impact leadership role for a  high-energy, high-agency hospitality professional  who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.

The Assistant Resort Manager will work closely with the Resort leadership team and will be expected to  take charge of the day-to-day operations of the entire resort , ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience and operational delivery reflects Postcard's standards of luxury and excellence.

We are looking for someone who sees opportunities, takes initiative, solves problems independently, and has the confidence and maturity to make decisions on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the  day-to-day operations of the resort , ensuring seamless functioning across departments.
Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised  luxury guest experience .
Lead, coach, and motivate teams to consistently deliver high service standards.
Be hands-on and visible, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.
Ensure strong coordination across Rooms, F&B, Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Recreation, Spa, and other functions.
Build a culture of  ownership, accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement .
Monitor guest feedback, operational performance, service standards, and commercial outcomes.
Take charge during challenges with calm, decisive leadership.
Build strong relationships with guests, teams, local communities, and destination partners.
Create authentic guest experiences rooted in the resort's  natural surroundings and destination .

What We Are Looking For :

Is a strong people leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience &

Qualifications:

Luxury hospitality experience is mandatory.
Experience in a  luxury hotel, resort, or boutique resort  is strongly preferred.
Boutique or independent resort experience is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of luxury service and guest experience.
Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams.
Strong operational, interpersonal, and commercial acumen.
A genuine  love for nature, the outdoors, and destination-led hospitality  is highly desirable.
