Job Description:

Are you passionate about crafting unforgettable travel experiences and designing custom itineraries? MG Tours & Travels is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Development Manager / Travel Designer to help us build exceptional tour packages and curated travel products for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, design, and develop innovative domestic and international tour packages and travel itineraries.
- Establish and manage relationships with local vendors, hoteliers, ground operators, and tourism boards.
- Monitor travel market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to refine product strategies.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with suppliers to ensure maximum profitability and competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product collateral and campaign strategies.
- Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries.
-  Provide pre-travel and on-trip assistance to clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and provide personalized service.
- Develop and manage new products from concept to launch.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
-  Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies.
-  Create tailored Hajj & Umrah packages and pilgrimage itineraries where applicable.
-  Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and local partners.

Requirements:

- Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in travel product development, tour design, or itinerary planning within the travel/hospitality industry.

- Skills:

Strong knowledge of global destinations, vendor negotiation, budgeting, and itinerary curation.
- Tools:
Proficiency in travel reservation systems, GDS, Microsoft Office, and travel planning software.
