Front Desk Executive

Location: Sabarmati

We are looking for a professional, courteous, and customer-focused  Front Desk Executive  with a background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, welcoming guests and visitors, handling inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage check-in/check-out or visitor registration processes as applicable.
Handle telephone calls, emails, inquiries, and guest requests promptly.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and front-office documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments.
Address guest concerns and resolve routine issues professionally.
Handle reservations, appointments, billing, payments, or related front-office activities as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Ensure compliance with company/hotel policies and service standards.
Provide information about facilities, services, local attractions, and other relevant requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.

Requirements
Previous experience in  hospitality, hotels, resorts, guest relations, or front-office operations .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of  MS Office  and basic computer operations.
