Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banking Lawyer, located in South Delhi. The Banking Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in banking and finance matters, including drafting and reviewing loan agreements, hypothecation documents, mortgage related documentation and conducting title due diligence. Additional responsibilities include handling negotiations, advising on financial restructuring, and conducting legal research to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Expertise in Banking and Finance laws, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Finance matters
Experience in drafting and reviewing loan agreements, hypothecation documents, mortgage related documentation
Conducting title search
Strong Legal Research and Analytical Skills
Experience working as Lenders Lawyer Counsel to banks and financial institutions
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized university
