Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of Public Health, Tribal Sports, and Tribal Identity projects at the block level, ensuring compliance with project deliverables and stakeholder engagement.
Key Deliverables:
Public Health:
- Plan, execute, and supervise block-level activities under Poshan & RISHTA.
- Ensure monthly and annual targets are achieved as per project deliverables.
- Monitor daily movements of field teams and keep project data organized.
- Submit validated MIS reports and backups to Monitoring & Evaluation Officer.
- Evaluate block-level data on adolescent health, underage marriages, SAM & MAM cases, and anemia.
- Develop success stories from project components.
- Review and verify data against targets; identify gaps and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with health, education, and development officers (MOIC, CDPO, BEO, BDO, NRC-in charge).
- Provide supportive supervision for all field-level activities.
- Lead major project events in the block.
- Manage office supplies, assets, and inventory records.
- Report to Program Manager/MEO for functional and administrative purposes.
Tribal Sports:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all tribal sports activities in the unit, ensuring that monthly and annual targets are met in alignment with project goals and deliverables.
Pehchan Project (Tribal Identity):
- Facilitate the process of obtaining caste certificates for the Tribal community through the SETU system.
- Organize and conduct Regional SAMVAAD programs at Khopoli.
- Participate in the selection process for the Tribal Leadership Project.
- Implement additional projects as requested by key stakeholders, including support for disaster relief management.
Minimum Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline. Candidates with master’s degree in relevant discipline will be preferred.

- Good language and communication skills, read-speak-write English & Hindi.
