We’re looking for a seasoned Account Director who knows how to own client relationships, lead strategy, grow accounts, and rally internal teams all without breaking a sweat (or at least hiding it well).
This role sits at the heart of our agency where strategy meets execution, and clients meet results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Leadership & Account Ownership
Serve as the primary point of contact for key and strategic clients, building long-term, trusted partnerships
Lead account strategy, planning, and execution across integrated digital, creative, and marketing campaigns
Deeply understand client business objectives, industry dynamics, and growth priorities, translating them into clear, actionable briefs and strategic solutions
Confidently lead client presentations, reviews, QBRs, and performance discussions, including senior stakeholder interactions
Operations, Project & Resource Management
Own end-to-end account operations, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality control
Oversee project management frameworks, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple work streams
Lead resource planning and utilization, ensuring optimal deployment across teams
Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Cross-Functional & Team Leadership
Collaborate closely with creative, performance marketing, content, technology, HR and project management teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Act as the central orchestration point across functions, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution excellence
Mentor, guide, and develop Account Managers and Account Executives, driving performance, ownership, and client satisfaction
Establish best practices, SOPs, and governance structures for client servicing and operations
Collaborate with the HR team to drive resource planning, leadership development initiatives and develop strategies that align with business goals.
Technology, Zoho & Process Enablement
Leverage Zoho Projects for client management, project tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency
Partner with tech and operations teams to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and enhance delivery outcomes
Use data, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
International & Strategic Exposure
Manage and scale international client accounts, navigating multi-market expectations, timelines, and stakeholders
Work closely with leadership to align client servicing and operations with agency growth strategy and long-term vision
Represent the agency as a senior client-facing leader in strategic discussions and partnerships
P&L, Revenue Growth & Commercial Accountability
Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for assigned accounts and portfolios
Ensure account profitability through effective cost control, pricing discipline, and margin management
