We are hiring a Team Leader – Counselling for a reputed University/Education Institution . This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership experience in education sales, student counselling, or EdTech environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound)
Drive admissions targets and ensure revenue growth
Monitor call quality, conversions, and team performance
Manage attrition, shrinkage, and overall team productivity
Ensure a seamless counselling experience for students & parents
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and maintain process compliance
