Summary of the Role
You’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence in our manufacturing processes. In this role, you’ll improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ensure process capability and capacity, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. You’ll lead cost-saving initiatives, inspire your team, and champion continuous improvement every day.

What You’ll Do
You will keep production running smoothly and deliver top-quality products.
You will lead and promote safety in every aspect of plant operations.
You will drive OEE improvements and implement cost-saving projects using Focused Improvement (FI) methodology.
You will coach and develop your team, building a culture of problem-solving and collaboration.
You will ensure compliance with procedures, audits, and standard work practices.
You will support training and development initiatives for your team.
You will maintain and continuously improve Workplace Organization (WPO).

What We’re Looking For
You must have a Bachelor’s degree or 3-year diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
You must have at least 7+ years in manufacturing, preferably in the tire industry or related areas (component preparation, mixing, extrusion, calendaring, bead building).
You must have the following skills & abilities:
Effective and efficient problem-solving and process knowledge.
Ability to manage complexity and simplify processes.
Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams effectively.
