Warehouse Executive
Location :

Purpose of the Role:
To oversee and manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. The role demands strong expertise in warehouse management, agrochemical industry practices, and SAP software.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Management:
Plan and supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
Ensure adherence to SOPs for handling agrochemical products.
Inventory Control:
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits.
Implement strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.
SAP System Utilization:
Oversee data entry and reporting through SAP for real-time inventory tracking and workflow optimization.
Train team members in SAP usage to enhance operational efficiency.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations related to agrochemical storage and handling.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for warehouse staff.
Team Supervision:
Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff to meet performance objectives.
Resolve operational issues and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal stakeholders for timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
Resolve logistical challenges to ensure seamless operations.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Drive cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Educational Background:
Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3
-7 years of experience in warehouse management within the agrochemical industry.
Proficient in inventory control, logistics coordination, and team management.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in SAP software is mandatory.
Familiarity with MS Office and warehouse management tools.
Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sound knowledge of safety and compliance standards for agrochemical products.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
