Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong FMCG background who can drive business growth while efficiently managing end-to-end company operations. The role requires a hands-on leader who can streamline processes, improve profitability, and support Age Well's expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Operation Management
Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, supply chain, inventory, and distribution.
Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, sales, finance, and support teams.
Monitor stock levels, dispatch, returns, and operational efficiency.
Implement SOPs, improve workflows, and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and FMCG industry standards.

Business Development
Identify new business opportunities, markets, distributors, and channel partners.
Support expansion into new regions and sales channels.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and key partners.

Team and Reporting
Manage and guide operations and support teams.
Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure timely reporting to management.
Coordinate with leadership on strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG operations (mandatory).
Strong experience in business development and operational management.
Excellent understanding of supply chain, inventory, and distribution processes.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

Preference
Experience in FMCG / Healthcare / Wellness brands.
Exposure to scaling operations in growing companies.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.

Working Timing
Monday - Saturday (9AM - 6PM)
