Job Purpose
Develop and lead the Customer Marketing strategy for a specific Retail Environment (RE) to drive brand performance and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Segmentation:
Develop trade segmentation and go-to-market strategies
Coordinate with Customer Development and Consumer Insights to build consumer/shopper segmentation
Define RE strategy to identify incremental growth opportunities
Insight Development & 5P Strategy:
Lead shopper insight development and application by retail environment
Work with Consumer Marketing and Insights to develop research programs for shopper behavior
Design and innovate 5P strategies tailored to retail environments
Regularly evaluate and improve the effectiveness of promotional activities and shopper solutions
Performance Tracking:
Monitor CP and category performance by RE
Establish KPIs for each category and ensure robust tracking mechanisms
Modify RE plans to ensure consumption growth, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with brand P&L
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–4 years of total experience, minimum 2 years in FMCG
1–2 years of field sales experience
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school
