Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Horticulture will manage indoor landscaping operations , ensure client satisfaction , handle site visits , and supervise on-ground teams to deliver high-quality horticulture services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage indoor plant installation and maintenance across assigned sites
Handle client coordination, meetings, and issue resolution
Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality
Supervise and manage gardeners and site staff
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and reporting
Skills & Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Horticulture or related field
3-5 years' experience in indoor landscaping / horticulture operations
Strong client handling and team management skills
Willingness to travel for site visits
