We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Operations (E-Commerce Process)
Location:
Mohali
Preferred Candidates:
Minimum 1 year 6 months experience as Assistant Manager – Operations.
Strong experience in Non-Voice / Backend / Chat / Email support processes .
Key Requirements:
Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and meet client SLAs.
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Experience in E-Commerce operations will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
Monitor team performance, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure client SLAs and operational metrics are consistently achieved.
Handle escalations, process improvements, and team development.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
