Critical Responsibilities (Must Have)
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) across Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, and Sales functions to identify skill gaps and development requirements.
Design, plan, and implement annual training calendars aligned with business and operational objectives.
Conduct and facilitate behavioral, technical, SOP, process, safety, productivity, and capability development training programs for shop floor employees and sales teams.
Coordinate with HODs, Plant Heads, Sales Leaders, and HR teams to understand functional training requirements and execution priorities.
Develop training modules, presentations, assessments, manuals, and learning materials based on operational and business needs.
Ensure effective execution of induction, refresher, compliance, technical, and functional training programs across locations.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, productivity improvement analysis, employee performance tracking, feedback, and post-training evaluations.
Conduct efficiency studies to evaluate the impact of training initiatives on productivity, quality improvement, employee performance, and operational effectiveness.
Maintain training MIS, skill matrix, attendance records, certification trackers, and training dashboards for management review.
Manage and monitor the L&D budget, training costs, vendor coordination, and resource utilization effectively.
Work closely with internal trainers and external training agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of learning programs.
Drive continuous learning and employee development initiatives to improve workforce capability and organizational effectiveness.
Other Responsibilities (Good to Have)
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Introduce digital learning tools, e-learning platforms, and modern training methodologies.
Benchmark industry best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives in Learning & Development processes
