Description We are seeking an experienced BPO Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales and customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BPO industry, with proven leadership skills to drive team performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Lead a team of sales and customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the team.
Skills and Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or sales and customer service environment.
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
