Administration and Liaison Manager

Location: Mapusa

Handling licensing, approvals, NOCs, and compliances
Coordinating with Panchayat, TCP, Mamledar, Collector Office, PWD, Electricity, Fire, Pollution Control, and other government departments
Managing conversion files, sanad, mutation procedures, and construction permissions
Maintaining approval trackers and status reports
Ensuring timely execution of project approvals without delays
Coordinating with consultants, architects, contractors, and legal teams
Handling urgent escalations and deadline-driven work environments

Candidate Requirements

Local resident of North Goa preferred
5–10 years of relevant experience in real estate licensing/liaisoning
Strong networking and government coordination skills
Knowledge of Konkani is an added advantage
Comfortable with field work and aggressive follow-up culture
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines
Ex-Army/Defense candidates preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Ex-Army / Defense Background Preferred
Minimum 5–10 Years Experience in Real Estate Licensing Liaisoning
