Job Description

The Oshore Safety Performance Coach role is to promote, monitor, and improve safety culture

and practices during drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and coaching for oshore personnel.
Monitor daily safety practices and behaviours on the platform, providing guidance and

feedback.

Assist in the development, implementation, and refinement of safety policies,

procedures, and best practices.

Perform safety audits and inspections to identify hazards, unsafe behaviours, and

compliance issues.

Investigate safety incidents, near-misses, and hazards, ensuring proper reporting and

follow-up.

Promote a safety culture by engaging personnel at all levels, encouraging proactive

safety practices.

Support the onboarding and orientation of new personnel with safety induction and

awareness.

Lead safety meetings and promote active participation in safety initiatives.
Provide coaching to improve safety performance and foster safe working habits.
Collaborate with management and operational teams to develop safety improvement

plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 8 years related experience in oshore drilling operations HSE
Have certificate, diploma or degree in related field
Have relevant safety oicer and training certifications i.e from DOSH/NIOSH
Strong knowledge of oshore safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
