Responsibilities
Oversee the distribution strategy and execution for the consumer banking group within the assigned cluster
Manage and lead a team of relationship managers and sales professionals to drive business growth and customer acquisition
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product/service delivery
Set performance targets, monitor key metrics, and provide coaching and mentorship to the team
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements
Strong understanding of the consumer banking landscape, including products, services, and customer needs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business requirements
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field

12- 14 Years in Banking
