Project Executive

Location: Mohali

Project Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Utilize Gantt Charts to visualize project schedules and dependencies.

Risk Management:

Conduct risk assessments to identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues and challenges that may arise during project execution.
Implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.

Communication and

Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and milestones.
Communication and collaboration among team members to facilitate problem-solving and decision-making.
Conduct regular meetings and status reviews to ensure alignment and accountability.

Quality Assurance:
Establish quality standards and performance metrics to evaluate project outcomes.
Monitor adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement corrective actions as necessary to address deviations and maintain quality control.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to optimize project profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, &

SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in project management, Civil, Architecture or related field.
Proven experience managing projects in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry or related field.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Gantt Charts and project management software.
Team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and empower cross-functional teams.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence.
