Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced  Team Leader – Admissions / Inside Sales  to manage a team of  20–60 Admission Counsellors  and drive admission and revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, team-handling experience, and a proven track record in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of 20–60 Admission Counsellors.
Drive daily, weekly, monthly, and session-wise admission targets.
Ensure revenue generation and lead conversion targets are achieved.
Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups through CRM.
Manage CRM and LMS operations effectively.
Monitor team productivity, attendance, breaks, and floor management.
Handle attrition, shrinkage, and workforce planning.
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and team development.
Track conversion ratios and ensure process compliance.
Prepare and share daily and weekly performance reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
5–8 years of experience in Admissions, Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or EdTech.
Minimum 4 years of team handling experience.
Strong knowledge of CRM, admissions processes, and sales operations.
