About the Company

The Director of Admissions and Outreach will lead the University’s student recruitment, admissions strategy, and external engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing the visibility of the institution through innovative outreach programs. The Director will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admissions process and a strong brand presence in the communit

Essential Duties and Responsibil

ities:

Develop and implement comprehensive admissions and outreach strategies aligned with institutiona
l goals.

Monitor enrollment trends and adjust strategies to meet
targets.

Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requi
rements.

Oversee the end-to-end admissions process—across offline, online, outreach, counseling, and branding functions—while building and sustaining strong relationships with schools, colleges, community organizations, and industry p
artners.

Represent the institution at national and international educatio
n fairs.

Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and oversight to the Admissions, Outreach, Counseling, Training, Quality, Operations, and Digita
l teams.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous impr
ovement.

Analyse admissions data to identify trends and opport
unities.

Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on enrolment performance and outreach
impact.

Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, promotional materials, website content, and social media s
trategy.

Lead digital marketing strategy to increase visibility, lead generation, and conversion through SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content ma
rketing.

Collaborate with marketing teams/agencies to plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with admissions goals, ensuring consistent messaging and str
ong ROI.Monitor and optimize digital funnel performance by analyzing key metrics (lead quality, CPL, engagement rate, conversion ratios) and implementing data-driven improvements to maximize enrollment o

utcomes.

Qual

ifications

Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or re
lated field.
18+ years of progressive experience in admissions, student recruitment, or higher education outreach with minimum 10 years in leaders
hip profile.

Strong leadership and team manage
ment skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersona
l abilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and dat
a analytics.

Ability to travel and represent the institution at exte

rnal events.
