Job Summary
Chandigarh University is seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Team Leader – Inside Sales to manage and lead a large team of admissions counselors. The role requires strong expertise in Education / EdTech / University admissions sales , with a proven ability to drive conversions, manage high-volume teams, and achieve aggressive admission targets in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end team performance management, CRM oversight, and ensuring consistent achievement of enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 20–80 inside sales counselors
Drive consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
Oversee complete lead-to-admission funnel management
Monitor and improve team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios
Handle CRM operations, reporting, and data management
Manage shrinkage, attrition, and workforce efficiency
Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement sessions
Ensure adherence to process, quality standards, and sales discipline
Work in a high-pressure, target-oriented sales environment
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluent & confident)
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales dashboards
Ability to manage large teams in a performance-driven setup
Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working under strict targets and deadlines
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 5 years of experience as Team Leader – Inside Sales
Mandatory experience in Education / EdTech / University / College admissions
Proven track record of managing large teams (20+ members) and driving sales performance
Work Schedule
6 Days Working
9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Work from Office
Salary
₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
