Position: Relationship Manager-OLD CAR FINANCE-Sales

Minimum experience of 3-4 years in Auto Loans
Minimum qualification - Any Graduate.
Grade - Deputy Manager/Manager

. To Plan and implement strategy to achieve business numbers and profitability.
. Managing Collaborates to tie up with Dealers, DSAs and direct business models.
. To develop and Drive the business by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve heathy IRR. In addition, ensuring dealer and brokers are on boarded as per budget.
. Develop New and pre-owned car loans business cross branches and location.
. Portfolio Management
. Engage in managing the team, provide training & knowledge about the new product and policy of the organization.
. Manage, Allocate, assess business and leads from Channels/Dealers to Team leader, sales officers and coordinators tagged under there geographic territory.
. Maintaining relationship with Channels / Dealers and pre- asses in principle decision to fund the customer.
. Keeping an eye on the Nonstarter, PDD and creating new counters that can be a better business prospect in the future
