Responsibilities:
Propose the strategic Bancassurance sales plan for the assigned regions, discuss necessary approvals, and execute the agreed plan
Formulate strategy in the areas of customer targeting, product proposition, sales structures, marketing, and branding
Direct the strategy for establishing profitable and productive relationships with bank partners
