Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and machinery issues
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize production schedules
Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Skill Set/ Expertise:
Should have knowledge of
- Leadership and management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of safety and quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, OSHA)
