Job Overview
We are hiring a  highly driven Admissions Sales Leader  to manage a large-scale inside sales / call center admissions team. The role requires strong expertise in  CRM management, lead conversion, team leadership, and performance-driven sales execution  in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions & Revenue Ownership
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
Ensure achievement of revenue and enrollment goals.
Improve lead-to-admission conversion ratios consistently.
Track and optimize sales funnel performance.
2. Team Management (40–80 Members)
Manage a large team of Admission Counselors / Telecounselors.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for individuals and teams.
Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Build a performance-driven and accountable team culture.
3. CRM & Lead Management
Expert handling of CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting.
Ensure proper lead allocation based on performance and priority.
Monitor lead aging, leakage, and follow-up effectiveness.
Maintain 100% CRM discipline and data accuracy.
4. Sales & Process Execution
Ensure structured calling processes and script adherence.
Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and productivity.
Work closely with marketing teams to maximize lead ROI.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
5. Performance Under Pressure
Work in a  high-pressure, target-driven admissions cycle .
Ensure consistent performance during peak admission seasons.
Handle operational challenges with strong problem-solving ability.
Maintain high energy, motivation, and team morale.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum  7 years of experience  in Admissions / Inside Sales / Telesales / Call Center Operations / Education / EdTech / University / College.
Proven experience managing  large teams (40–80+ members) .
Strong expertise in  CRM tools, sales funnels, and lead management systems .
Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive sales/revenue targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to perform under high pressure and tight deadlines.
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
