Job Summ
aryAs t he Team Leader – Counsel ing, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a large team of counselors. You will ensure effective counseling, operational excellence, quality standards, and seamless communication between students, parents, and internal departments. This role involv es managing a team of minimum 25 counsel ors to deliver outstanding resul
ts.

rs.

Set performance expectations, conduct daily huddles, and ensure team alignme
nt.

Monitor counselor activities including tele calls, counseling sessions, follow-ups, lead tracking, and documentati
on.

Ensure high quality, compliant counseling practices that enhance student experien
ce.

Handle escalations from students, parents, and internal departments with professionali
sm.

Maintain CRM/ERP data integrity and ensure process complian
ce.

Assess performance metrics, conduct reviews, and prepare MIS reports for leadersh
ip.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of counselo
rs.

Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions, Academics & Operations to optimize lead flow and conversi
on.

Qualifications & Experie
nce Bachelor’s deg ree (Master’s preferre
d).3–6 ye ars experience in education counseling, admissions, or related fie
ld.

At least 1 year in a leadership r ole managing a large team (20+ counselors preferre
d).Excellent communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skil
ls.

Strong process orientation, reporting aptitude, and CRM proficien

cy.
