JOB SUMMARY
Ensure consistent and disciplined execution of NPI Gateway processes across all programs, supporting Program Managers and leadership
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for NPI Gateway execution support across all program initiatives.
Manage Gateway deliverables include their tracking, readiness and closure.
Collaborate closely with Program Managers on:
Preparing Gateway presentations
Reviewing deliverables
Assessing gateway readiness
Verify that gateway results meet the established goals and criteria.
Act as PMO’s primary contact for NPI reviews and escalations.
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of NPI processes and tools.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
Knowledge
Timely gateway reviews featuring well-prepared content.
Transparent tracking of deliverable status.
Fewer unexpected issues and last-minute escalations.
Effective collaboration between PM and PMO teams.
Skills
Proven experience in new product introduction (NPI) and program management
Strong coordination and facilitation abilities
Ability to offer constructive feedback and challenges
Background in automotive or product development is preferred
Experience
7–12 years (NPI / Automotive / Product Development)
ROLE SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirement:
NPI / APQP / Gateway frameworks
Effective coordination & organization
Strong Communication management
Skilled in Executive-level presentation
Facilitation across multiple functions
