15–20+ years of experience in Administration, with exposure to both  corporate offices and manufacturing/plant environments .
Background:
Ex-Army / Defence personnel  required with a disciplined, structured and hands-on approach to operations and facility management.

Location:

Bangalore – local candidates or candidates willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility and infrastructure management across corporate office and plant/factory premises
Vendor management, negotiations and contract administration
Security, housekeeping and transport management
Liaising with government authorities, local bodies and managing statutory compliance
Budgeting, cost control and optimisation of administration expenses
Employee welfare, cafeteria and general administration
Crisis management, safety and emergency preparedness
Team leadership and cross-functional coordination
Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day administration across multiple locations

Ideal Candidate:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and vendor management capabilities
Proven experience in handling  multi-location administration
High integrity, discipline and a strong problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working in both  corporate and shop-floor/plant environments
Strong operational orientation with the ability to independently manage administration functions
