Role Description  The Center Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at Vizag IVF center, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. This position oversees daily operations of the IVF center, including clinical coordination, patient-flow management, and efficient scheduling of services. The Center Head leads and supports multidisciplinary teams, ensures adherence to medical protocols, safety, and regulatory requirements, and promotes a patient-centered culture. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing resource utilization, managing budgets, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

The Center Head also represents the center in community outreach, builds relationships with referring physicians, and supports strategic growth and service expansion.

Qualifications
Strong healthcare operations management skills, including clinic workflow optimization, resource planning, and quality assurance.
Leadership and people-management abilities, with experience supervising clinical and administrative teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction, staff coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in basic healthcare administration tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
