Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic  Bartender  to join our team on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent guest service, preparing and serving drinks to the highest standards, and creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere at the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Greet guests, take orders, and provide personalized service
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
Maintain knowledge of all beverage recipes and offer recommendations to guests
Check identification to verify legal drinking age
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards and comply with licensing requirements
Assist in setting up and closing the bar, including cleaning and equipment maintenance
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
Support colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
Good knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and well-groomed presentation
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Basic math and cash handling skills
Bartending or food safety certification is an advantage
