Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Borivali for a Steward at The Bitter Roast Cafe. The Steward will be responsible for assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas, mopping, washing dishes and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. The role also involves supporting fellow staff members with duties such as setting up tables, restocking supplies, and assisting in training new team members as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage service, including familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Ability to assist with training and supporting peers to ensure efficient operations.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to maintaining the dining environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus.
