Director, Partner Sales – Banking & Financial Services (India-based, North America Market)

EVP, Alliances / Chief Alliance & Marketing Officer

Collaborates With:  Banking & Financial Services Business Unit leadership, North America sales, alliance, and marketing teams. Flexible hours required to overlap with North American business hours (EST/PST) for partner and internal engagement.

Position Description
The Partner Sales Executive – Banking & Financial Services is a dedicated, India-based channel sales leader who drives growth exclusively within Intuitive's North America Banking & Financial Services business unit through the partner ecosystem. This role owns the co-sell relationship with hyperscaler and ISV partners — including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Databricks, and Anthropic — on behalf of Intuitive's BFSI practice, and is measured on expanding revenue within Intuitive's existing banking and financial services accounts through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities, in addition to generating net-new opportunities that come from deepening those partner relationships and earning referral business.
You will become the trusted, single point of contact between partner alliance teams and Intuitive's BFSI account owners, embedding yourself in existing client relationships to identify expansion, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities that partners can help accelerate or fund. Success depends on deep familiarity with the banking and financial services domain, comfort operating within at least two of Intuitive's key partner ecosystems (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Databricks, Anthropic), and the ability to work North America hours from an India base.

Responsibilities
Serve as the exclusive channel/alliance seller supporting Intuitive's North America Banking & Financial Services business unit, owning all partner co-sell motions tied to existing BFSI accounts
Build and deepen relationships with regional AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Databricks, and/or Anthropic partner sellers to expand revenue within Intuitive's current banking and financial services client base, while also converting those relationships into net-new referral opportunities
Partner jointly with Intuitive's BFSI account owners and delivery leaders to map partner programs, funding, and co-sell motions onto active accounts, uncovering upsell, renewal, and modernization opportunities
Drive partner-funded programs (e.g., migration funding, workshops, assessments) against existing banking and financial services accounts to accelerate expansion and reduce friction in growth conversations
