Sales Team Lead

Job Summary

Policy bazaar is hiring an experienced  Team Lead – Inside Sales  to lead and manage high-performing telesales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in  B2C Inside Sales , team management, and achieving business targets while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate Inside Sales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team productivity, conversions, and overall sales performance.
Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback to improve team effectiveness.
Manage key operational metrics including  Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, Occupancy, and Team Performance .
Conduct performance reviews and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Maintain MIS reports and track team performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
Collaborate with Training, Quality, and Operations teams to drive business objectives.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum  5+ years  of overall sales experience, preferably in  Inside Sales / Telesales .
Minimum  2+ years of Team Handling  experience.
B2C Sales experience is Mandatory.
Strong exposure to  Inside Sales / Telesales Operations .
Hands-on experience in managing  Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, Occupancy, and Team Performance .
Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve business targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.

Regional Language is Mandatory :
Kannada

Graduation is Mandatory.
