About the Role

We are looking for a  detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Assistant  to support the sales team in managing day-to-day sales activities, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales requirements.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of sales processes. The candidate should be comfortable working with  quotations, pricing, product details, customer requirements, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales documentation .
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Manesar. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by engaging with walk-in and existing customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable salon and spa furniture solutions.

The role requires someone who can efficiently coordinate between customers and internal teams while ensuring that quotations, enquiries, follow-ups, and other sales activities are handled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quotation Preparation
Prepare accurate and professional quotations based on customer requirements.
Understand customer requirements and select the appropriate products/services for quotation.
Coordinate with the sales team, accounts, purchase, or other relevant departments to obtain updated pricing and product information.
Ensure correct product names, specifications, quantities, prices, discounts, taxes, payment terms, and other details are mentioned in quotations.
Share quotations with customers through email, Whats App, or other approved communication channels.
Make revisions to quotations based on customer requirements or changes communicated by the sales team.
Maintain records of quotations shared with customers.
Follow up on quotations and update their status regularly.
Ensure quotations are prepared and shared within the required timelines.

2. Sales Support
Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day sales activities.
Maintain and update customer and enquiry records.
Enter and maintain sales data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or other systems.
Support sales executives/managers with customer information, product details, pricing, and documentation.
Prepare sales-related reports and summaries.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer communication.
Assist the sales team in converting enquiries into orders through timely follow-ups and coordination.

3. Customer Coordination
Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, specifications, quotations, and order-related requirements.
Respond to basic customer queries professionally and promptly.
Understand customer requirements and communicate them accurately to the sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending requirements.
Coordinate internally to obtain answers to customer queries that require information from other departments.
