About the Role
We are looking for  ambitious and target-driven Sales Managers  to join our growing team.
The role is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in  Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management or Customer Acquisition  and are looking to take their career to the next level.
You do not need to come from an insurance background.  We welcome talented sales professionals from diverse industries who have a proven ability to build relationships, generate business and deliver against targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Recruit, onboard and develop insurance advisors/agents.
Generate leads and support customer acquisition and conversion.
Build and manage a strong sales network in the assigned market.
Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings and business development activities.
Guide and motivate advisors to improve productivity and business performance.
Track sales performance, manage the pipeline and achieve monthly/annual targets.
Ensure timely documentation and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
Develop a strong understanding of customer financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Eligibility
Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
