Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Elevators

AXIRISE Elevators LLP is looking for an experienced elevator industry sales professional to join our team in Kannur, Kerala.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in elevator / lift sales, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to independently generate leads, identify new projects, build customer relationships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hotel and industrial projects.

• Generate leads and develop relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors and developers.

• Conduct customer meetings and site visits.

• Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team.

• Prepare and present quotations and proposals.

• Negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and develop long-term customer relationships.

• Travel as required for business development.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the elevator / lift industry is MANDATORY.

• Strong knowledge of elevator products, installation, modernization and maintenance.

• Existing industry contacts and market knowledge will be a major advantage.

• Experience in the Malabar region is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and deal-closing skills.

• Target-oriented, self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Willingness to travel for customer visits and project development.
