Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lab Chemist - Minerals at Elite Mining site-Mandvi Kutch. The Senior Lab Chemist will be responsible for conducting analytical tests, using laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control, and performing calibrations to support mining and mineral processing operations.
Experience in industrial minerals will be preferred .

Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory work and chemical analysis, preferably in the mining or mineral processing industry.
Calibration expertise
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Professional certification in chemical analysis or laboratory management a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Geology, or related field
