Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide field-level network support for assigned locations.
Visit customer sites for network-related calls , including ATM connectivity support.
Perform modem installation and configuration .
Carry out VSAT installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting .
Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues during site visits.
Coordinate with centralized support teams and service providers as required.
Ensure proper documentation and closure of field service calls.
Adhere to safety guidelines and company processes while performing field activities.
