Technician - Electrical

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Key Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance:  Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery according to established schedules and procedures.
Troubleshooting & Repair:  Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform timely repairs on a wide range of mechanical systems and components (e.g., pumps, motors, conveyors, HVAC units, kitchen equipment).
Installation & Assembly:  Assist in the installation and assembly of new mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to specifications.
Inspections:  Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Documentation:  Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, including parts used and time spent.
Safety Compliance:  Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Spare Parts Management:  Assist in managing and organizing mechanical spare parts inventory.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Technician in an industrial or commercial setting.
Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, components, and systems.
Proficiency in using various hand and power tools common in mechanical maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, lift equipment, and work in various environments.
