We are seeking a Sr. Principal EO/IR Engineer located in Indialantic, FL, to lead the design, development, and integration of electro-optical and infrared systems.
- Lead technical efforts in EO/IR system design, analysis, and testing to meet mission requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and optimize system performance.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
- Conduct system-level trade studies, modeling, and simulation to inform design decisions.
- Support integration, validation, and troubleshooting of EO/IR systems in laboratory and field environments.
- Stay current with emerging EO/IR technologies and industry standards.
Skills required include strong expertise in optical engineering, sensor systems, and signal processing.
