Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Indialantic, FL, for a Front Desk Agent. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by welcoming guests, managing check‑in and check‑out procedures, handling reservations, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Additional duties include answering phone calls, assisting with guest requests, and ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience during each guest’s stay at the hotel.

The Front Desk Agent will work closely with other team members to maintain a comfortable and professional environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service skills, including a focus on guest satisfaction and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as check‑ins and check‑outs, and managing front desk operations
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and the ability to professionally handle guest inquiries and calls
  • Experience with Reservations systems and processes
  • Strong verbal and written Communication skills, with an ability to interact courteously with guests and team members
  • Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work in a fast‑paced hotel environment
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent education; additional training or certification in hospitality management is a bonus
