- Education:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatry/Mental Health. - Licensure:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida and board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP); DEA license preferred. - Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in child and adolescent psychiatric care (inpatient experience preferred). - Skills:
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
