Achieve individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and offering Regions’ solutions for Preferred Banking Households;
Conduct outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones;
Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households in partnership with the Branch Team;
Educate customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance;
Educate customers on digital banking offerings and ensure a superior customer experience and banking where, when, and how they choose
