Job Summary
Assist customers with their experience while providing a clean, safe, friendly, and professional environment. As the face of the company to the customer, a smile and an outgoing personality are required. You will help customers through their car wash experience and answer any questions about the processes they may have.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting the customer with a warm, friendly, and inviting attitude.
- Assist customers in purchasing Limitless Wash Club Plans.
- Trained as a Pay Station advisor.
- Assist customers with package selection if needed.
- Cleans Pay Station and Command Center areas.
- Accept payments and make change.
- Keep records of sales.
- Answer customers’ questions concerning location, price, and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
- Some previous work-related experience.
- On-the-job training available.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Service orientation.
- Problem solving ability.
- Basic mathematics ability.
- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Must be on your feet for the duration of your shift.
- Must be able to withstand outside weather conditions.
- Must be able to twist, bend, and lift as needed.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour, plus bonuses and commission
Salary Range: $14.00 To $15.50 Annually
