- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, amortization, and adjustments
- Manage accounting for operational and employee‑related costs such as fringe, stock compensation, and other expenses
- Prepare recurring journal entries including intangibles amortization, debt issue/deferred financing fee amortization, interest rate hedge related amortization
- Record management fee accruals payable to Investor/parent entities
- Perform intercompany accounting and validate transactions across entities
- Support cash and banking transactions, including remittances and fund transfers
- Maintain and update supporting schedules such as subcontractor analysis, intangibles, and debt roll forwards
- Manage and execute month‑end and year‑end close processes within defined timelines
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items
- Support financial reporting and variance analysis for management review
- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements
- Maintain proper documentation, controls, and audit trails for all accounting activities
- 10+ years experience in overall accounting and reporting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and GL processes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft)
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
- Willingness to take on adhoc requests/special projects
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, global environment and meet tight deadlines
- Bcom/Mcom with relevant experience
- MBA finance with relevant experience
- People Soft experience is an added advantage
- US GAAP/IFRS knowledge preferred
- CA/ICWA/CS intermediate with internship preferred
- Agile in work hours/capacity
