We are partnering with a growing and well-established organization to identify a talented Senior Accountant to join their finance team. Due to continued growth and business needs, our client is expanding their accounting function and seeking a professional who can contribute immediately while helping support the organization's future success.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a combination of financial reporting, analysis, reconciliations, audit support, and cross-functional collaboration. - Salary $75,000 - $85,000+

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, fixed asset schedules, and other supporting financial analyses.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, prepaids, account analysis, and journal entries.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare reporting for subsidiaries, affiliated entities, and regulatory requirements as applicable.
- Assist with internal and external audits, examinations, and regulatory reviews by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, organizational policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records while safeguarding confidential company, employee, and customer information.
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to support financial reporting, operational initiatives, and process improvements.
- Serve as a trusted resource for accounting-related questions and financial information.
- Provide backup support for key accounting functions and participate in special projects as assigned.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance accounting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- 2+ years of accounting, finance, banking or related experience
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience supporting audits, budgeting, and financial reporting processes
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
