Full Desk Recruiter (Accounting & Finance)

• Indianapolis, in our office, full time.
• $75,000 base plus 15% of every placement fee, uncapped.
• First-year on-target earnings of $150,000 to $200,000.

You would not be building a desk from zero. You would be taking one that already has clients on it.

Cloud Accountant Staffing has spent five years helping accounting firms build teams overseas.

A couple of months ago we launched our onshore service line, placing US and Canadian accountants directly with firms across North America. Hundreds of firms raised their hands as interested. We have already made four placements.

Our business partner in this is Jason Staats, who has one of the most engaged audiences in the accounting profession.

The part that makes it different is the portal. Firms do not send us a job order and wait. They browse vetted, interview-ready accounting professionals and book interviews directly. It runs like a marketplace, which is not how this industry usually works.

Demand is not our problem. Supply is. We cannot find accountants fast enough to keep up with what firms are already asking us for, and nobody here owns fixing that. That is this job.

You would own the candidate side end to end: sourcing, screening, brokering offers, closing placements. You will manage job orders and create some, but you will not spend half your week cold-chasing them. We have built the SOP and the process already. We need someone to run it, and then make it better.

• Be based in the Indianapolis area and able to work from the office
• Be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
• Have 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Have recruited in accounting or finance
• Have personally carried a placement or revenue target
